How renting works

please note, every rental includes a snag and spill insurance which covers you for minor damages (broken zips, small marks etc. however, should a garment need special stain removal, you will be liable for the cost of this additional fee.

How to select my dates:

Please select your rental start date (the date you would like to receive or collect your rental) on the calendar above.

Saturdays + Sundays are greyed out as we don't deliver on weekends.

How long do I keep the garment for?

Our standard rental period is 4 days. If the last day of your rental falls on a weekend or public holiday, we will collect on the next working day.

Shipping & returns

We have two shipping methods available:

1. Self-collection and return from our CPT Studio: collect anytime between 9am-5pm on your rental start date + self return before 1pm on the final day of your rental.

2. Delivery nationwide: your rental will be delivered anytime between 9am and 5pm on your rental start date. It will be collected anytime between 12pm and 5pm on the following Monday if your event was over the weekend, or on 4th day of your rental period.

please note: garments are steamed before going out to customers however they often do get creased in the delivery process, we recommend giving them a quick steam on the day of your event. 

please do not pin your rentals or make any adjustments or alterations, our items need to be enjoyed by rotators after you. you may be liable for the value of the item should this occur.

Dream dress

I absolutely loooved this dress. It is so gorgeous and well made. It has boning on the side which is incredible and the back is to die for. The service from Style Rotate was outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough.

Something to note though is that the dress is very long. I am 168 cm tall and I had to wear quite high heals.

Stunning, flawless and memorable!

The rental process was convenient, and the dress arrived in pristine condition (in rural Morgan’s Bay). The quality was outstanding, and it looked and felt brand new. I received endless compliments and felt like a princess for the night. Renting this dress was a decision I'll never regret. It made my occasion unforgettable.

  • Self-collect + Return (CPT Rotators only)

    If you would prefer to collect your rental youself, please select "Pick-up and try-on" at checkout. You can collect any time on your rental start date between 9am-5pm. Please return your rental on the following Monday (or 4th day of your rental period) before 1pm.

  • Shipping Infomation

    We ship nationwide. Our standard processing time is 48 hours, so please place your orders by Wednesday to receive your rental on Friday. Please select shipping at checkout, this includes delivery + collection at the end of your rental period.
