Style Rotate Back-Up Dress — Terms & Conditions

These terms apply in addition to Style Rotate’s general rental Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & How the Offer Works

1.1 The Back-Up Dress offer allows customers to add one (1) additional dress to their order at a discounted rate.

1.2 Customers must:

Add a primary dress to cart

Select a Back-Up Dress from the eligible collection

Ensure both items are booked for exactly the same delivery dates

Apply code BACKUP26 at checkout

1.3 Not all dresses are eligible for the Back-Up Dress offer.

1.4 Style Rotate reserves the right to determine eligibility of items at its sole discretion.

2. Discount Application

2.1 The Back-Up discount applies to the designated Back-Up Dress item.

2.2 Where both selected items are eligible, the discount will apply to the lower-priced dress.

2.3 The promotional code must be applied at checkout. Failure to apply the code will result in standard pricing.

2.4 The Back-Up Dress fee is non-refundable and non-creditable, as it covers processing, insurance and cleaning costs.

3. Use of Garments

3.1 Customers may try on both dresses but may only wear one.

3.2 Security tags must remain attached to any unworn garment.

3.3 If:

both dresses are worn, or

tags are removed or tampered with on both dresses

Style Rotate will charge the full rental fee for the Back-Up Dress (less any Back-Up fee already paid).

3.4 Any damage, late return, or misuse will be handled under the main rental Terms & Conditions.

4. Returns

4.1 Both dresses must be returned together and on time.

4.2 Returned garments will be inspected upon receipt.

4.3 Customers must follow the standard Style Rotate return process and deadlines.

5. If Neither Dress Is Worn

5.1 If both dresses are returned unworn (with tags attached), Style Rotate will:

Issue a credit on the primary dress in line with the Fit Guarantee, where applicable

The Back-Up Dress fee remains non-refundable

5.2 Customers must notify Style Rotate of any fit issues within the required reporting window (currently 4 hours from delivery for shipped orders).

5.3 Failure to notify within the required window voids eligibility for any credit relating to fit.

6. Price Difference

6.1 No refund or credit will be issued if the customer chooses to wear the lower-priced Back-Up Dress instead of the primary dress.

7. Misuse of the Offer

Style Rotate reserves the right to:

cancel the Back-Up discount

charge full rental fees

or restrict future use

where we reasonably suspect abuse of the Back-Up Dress service.

8. General

8.1 This offer is subject to availability.

8.2 Style Rotate may amend or withdraw the Back-Up Dress offer at any time.

8.3 All standard Style Rotate rental Terms & Conditions continue to apply.

Each dress arrives with a security tag and instructions. Remove the tag from the dress you wear and leave tags attached to the unworn dress.

No, the Back-Up Dress offer allows you to wear one dress only. However, if you love both and your weekend plans allow you to wear both, you are welcome to let us know and we will send you a payment link for the remaining amount due.

If both dresses are worn (tags removed), the full rental fee for the Back-Up Dress will be charged.

If both dresses are returned unworn (tags attached), you will receive:

A) Store Credit for both, minus delivery and cleaning fees.

B)Refund to your original payment method, minus delivery and cleaning fees.

No problem- simply wear the one you love.
Pricing remains as booked and no price difference refunds apply.

The Back-Up Dress offer is limited to one additional dress per order.

The Backup Dress promo code won't apply, in any of these scenarios:

• The item(s) aren't eligible for the Backup Dress offer
• The items are eligible and can be paired together for the offer, but you have chosen a different Delivery Date for each item. The Delivery Date selected for the two items must be exactly the same.

Yes, of course! As long as both sizes are booked from the Back-Up Dress Collection, and both sizes are available for your dates.

Our Backup Dress offer is there to give you another choice, just in case your first choice isn't perfect for you. You can wear one of the dresses, but not both (though try-ons are fine).

If both dresses are worn, you will be required to pay the full rental fee of the Backup Dress (less the Backup Dress fee already paid).

The Backup Dress fee isnot refundable or creditable.

Unfortunately we cannot refund or credit the difference in hire fee between the two. Even though you may not have worn the more expensive of the two, it has still been sent to you, meaning the opportunity for someone else to rent it at the normal hire fee has been taken away.

If the terms of your order say that you can return the item due to an issue with fit, then in this instance, you would post back both items within 24 hours. You would get a credit note as described in the terms for the item you paid the normal rental fee for.

The fee paid for the Backup Dress (the cheaper of the two, with 50% applied) is not creditable or refundable.

Under the terms of the Backup Dress offer, you can try-on both dresses but only one can be worn. If you wear both dresses, you will be charged the full rental fee for both dresses.

If you really love both dresses, and would like to wear each to two different occasions during your rental period, please get in touch. You'll be welcome to wear both, but we'll need to charge you the normal rental fee. That is, the 50% discount you received will be charged to your card on file.
