  • Secuirty Tags

    All items must be returned with the security tag attached for the fit gurantee to apply.

    If the tag is removed or tampered with, we are unable to issue any refunds.

  • Timelines

    Please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your rental if you would like to submit a rental refund due to fit.

    Unfortunately, if it is beyond 12 hours or the next working day, we are unable to issue any refunds.

  • Refund Processing

    Once the item is received back at our warehouse and our quality team has audited the item (check for signs of wear) we will notify you and process the refund. Payments are refunded through your original payment method and may take 7 working days to reflect into your account.

What is the Style Rotate Fit Guarantee?

Our Fit Guarantee means you can rent with confidence. If your dress doesn’t fit when it arrives, you may be eligible for a refund, provided the security tag remains attached and the dress is returned to us in line with our rental terms. So, if the fit isn’t right, you’re not stuck with the rental — it’s essentially risk-free.

What happens if my dress doesn’t fit?

If your dress doesn’t fit when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible. If you decide not to wear the dress and return it with the security tag still attached, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Fit Guarantee terms.

Can I get a refund if my dress doesn't fit?

Yes. If the dress doesn’t fit and you return it with the security tag attached and intact, you may be eligible for a refund. This is what makes our Fit Guarantee essentially risk-free — you can try your dress on at home before your event without being committed to the rental if the fit isn’t right.

What if I remove the security tag?

The security tag must remain attached to the garment for the Fit Guarantee to apply. Once the security tag has been removed, the rental is considered accepted and the Fit Guarantee will no longer apply.

Can I try the dress on before deciding whether to keep it?

Absolutely. We want you to feel confident in your rental. You can try your dress on when it arrives, but keep the security tag attached while you decide. If it doesn’t fit and you return it with the tag still attached, you may be eligible for a refund.
