team SR is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic customer service assistant to join our sustainable fashion start-up from 01 october 2022.

day to day responsibilities will include:

-this will be a full-time, paid position
-monitoring the SR WhatsApp line, DMs and emails and answering customer queries
-processing exchanges, refunds and rental order amendments on Shopify
-work closely with the operations team and our courier partners to communicate with rotators and ensure parcels are delivered on time
-overseeing the SR pick-up + try-on process: helping customers in the showroom to find alternative looks if their rentals doesn't fit and making sure each rotator has a 10/10 brand experience

job requirements:
-1-year customer-service experience, if its within the fashion industry it's a bonus!
-assisting the ops team with daily orders (packing and dispatching etc.)
-bachelors Degree or 3 years equivalent in work experience
-experience using Shopify backend, including order management
-familiarity with courier services + logistics
-must live in Cape Town - this will be an in-person role
-ultra-organised and able to communicate clearly + effectively with rotators and the rest of the team
