RETURN & REFUND POLICY (Shopify)
Overview
At Style Rotate, all rentals are reserved specifically for your selected dates. Because garments are prepared, cleaned and blocked off for your booking, refunds are limited as set out below.
1. Cancellations
10+ working days before rental start
You may choose:
-
reschedule your rental; or
-
receive a gift card to the rental value (valid 2 years); or
-
receive a full refund (processed via our payment partner and may take up to 10 working days).
Within 9 working days of rental start (before dispatch/collection)
You may:
-
reschedule; or
-
receive a gift card.
Refunds are not available in this window.
After item has been shipped, collected or delivered
Unfortunately we cannot offer:
-
refunds
-
reschedules
-
credits
This is because delivery, cleaning and preparation costs have already been incurred.
2. Fit Issues (Shipped Orders)
If your rental does not fit:
-
you must notify us within 4 hours of delivery;
-
the item must be unworn with tags attached.
If eligible, you will receive:
a gift card equal to the rental amount minus delivery and cleaning fees.
Notifications received after the 4-hour window are not eligible.
3. Pick-Up & Try-On (Showroom)
Where you selected pick-up and the item does not fit when tried on in-store, you may receive a credit or refund to the full rental value (subject to in-store confirmation).
4. Change of Mind / Event Cancellation
Once an item has been shipped or collected, we cannot offer a refund or credit if:
-
your event is cancelled; or
-
you change your mind.
5. Back-Up Dress Policy
Where you add a Back-Up Dress:
-
only one Back-Up Dress is permitted per order;
-
both dresses must be booked for the same dates;
-
code BACKUP26 must be applied at checkout;
-
not all styles are eligible.
If one dress is worn
Return both items. No price difference refunds apply.
If both dresses are worn
You will be charged the full rental fee for the Back-Up Dress.
If neither dress is worn
-
the primary dress follows the standard fit policy;
-
the Back-Up promotional fee is non-refundable.
6. Processing Time
Refunds (where applicable) may take up to 10 working days to reflect depending on your payment provider.
