Shipping Policy

Overview

Style Rotate offers nationwide delivery across South Africa. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

All rentals are time-sensitive. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.


Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

  • Main City Centres: 2–3 business days

  • Outlying Areas: 2–4 business days

Dispatch times:

  • Orders placed before 13h00 (1 pm) — dispatched same business day

  • Orders placed after 13h00 (1 pm) — dispatched next business day

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside of Style Rotate’s control.


⚡ SR Express Delivery

SR Express is our priority delivery service designed for last-minute bookings.

Key Features

  • Priority processing and dispatch

  • Faster delivery than standard shipping

  • Available on selected dresses only

  • Subject to availability and location

Important Terms

  • SR Express must be selected at checkout where available.

  • Not all styles or locations qualify for SR Express.

  • Cut-off times apply and are shown at checkout.

  • Express timelines are best-effort and depend on courier performance.

  • SR Express fees are non-refundable once dispatched.

If SR Express is unavailable for your selected item or location, standard delivery timeframes apply.


Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • providing a complete and accurate delivery address;

  • being available to receive the parcel;

  • being available for courier collection on the return date.

Style Rotate is not liable for delays caused by:

  • incorrect address details;

  • customer unavailability;

  • courier service disruptions outside our control.


Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer error or unavailability:

  • the Hire Period will continue; and

  • additional delivery fees may apply.


Returns & Collection

  • Courier collection is pre-booked for your return date.

  • You must hand the parcel to the courier at the agreed time and location.

  • Failure to do so may result in Late Fees (R50 per day).

  • We do not accept returns via Uber Parcel or unapproved third-party services.

  • Items remain your responsibility until received by Style Rotate.


If Something Goes Wrong (Our Fault)

If due to our proven error or the courier’s proven negligence:

  • the wrong item is delivered;

  • the item arrives too late for use; or

  • the item is not fit for purpose,

Style Rotate will, at our discretion:

  • extend the Hire Period; or

  • partially refund; or

  • cancel the Hire and refund the Hire Cost.
