Rental Cancellation Policy
We want to make sure you feel confident when renting with us. Please take a moment to read through our cancellation policy carefully to avoid any disappointment.
If you need to cancel your rental, please email us as soon as possible at lerato@stylerotate.com or send us a whatsapp.
Cancellations 5+ Working Days Before Rental Start Date
If you notify us at least 5 working days before your rental start date, you may choose one of the following options:

Reschedule your rental to a future date

Receive a gift card to the value of your rental (valid for 2 years)

Receive a full refund (processed via our payment partner, Stitch, and may take 10 working days to reflect)
Cancellations Within 4–5 Working Days of Rental Start Date
(Before the item has been shipped or collected)
If you cancel within 5 working days, but before your item has been shipped or collected:

You can reschedule your rental to a future date

Or receive a gift card to the value of your rental

Refunds are not available in this time frame
Note: If your delivery address is outside of Cape Town, your item is usually shipped 2 working days before the start date. If already shipped, the next section applies.
Cancellations After Item Has Been Shipped or Collected
If your item has already been shipped, collected, or delivered:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, reschedule, or credit

This is due to costs already incurred (e.g., delivery, dry cleaning, packaging)
-
All garments are professionally dry-cleaned after every rental—whether worn or not
If Your Rental Doesn’t Fit You
Pick-Up & Try-On Option (at our CPT Showroom)
If your item doesn’t fit and you’ve selected the Pick-Up & Try-On option:

You may receive a credit in the form of a gift-card or refund through our payment gateway to the full rental value

This applies only if the item is tried on at our premises and does not fit

This does not apply to event cancellations
Refunds (if applicable) take 10–14 working days via Stitch to reflect in your account once processed.
Shipping Option
If your rental was shipped to you, and you have tried it on and it does not fit:

Let us know within 4 hours of receiving your parcel

We will issue a credit in the form of a gift-card (minus delivery fees) and arrange collection via courier

You’re also welcome to visit our Cape Town showroom to process an exchange, subject to availability.
If you notify us after the 4-hour window, we regret that we cannot offer a credit or refund.
